Scilab

Scilab is a free vector-based scientific software (resembling Matlab), which is developed by INRIA, ENPC and an industrial consortium. Here you will find some resources for Scilab:

• Efficient Scilab programming: a short tutorial I have written to show you how to program efficiently and elegantly with Scilab.
• Simulation of spiking neural networks.
• Scientific computing scripts (corresponding to tutorials for a course).
